The Quiet Capital Move That Turned Heads Overnight 🤔

#ZaiLab just locked in a $250 million PIPE, selling 11.34 million ADSs at $22.04 each. In a sector where financings usually trigger dilution fears, the stock still manages a 3.4% bounce -signaling strong institutional confidence right at current levels.

The fresh capital extends the runway and backs continued development of key programs, including the company’s DLL3-targeting ADC. Investors will now focus on closing details, exact use-of-proceeds language, and upcoming pipeline catalysts to see if this raises fuels lasting upside.
