• Die vietnamesische Regierung hat aktiv das Ministerium für Finanzen (MoF) und die Staatsbank von Vietnam (SBV) beauftragt, einen umfassenden rechtlichen Rahmen für digitale Vermögenswerte und Kryptowährungen zu entwickeln. Die Frist wurde auf März 2025 festgelegt , mit Pilotbestimmungen für eine lizenzierte Krypto-Börse, die integriert werden sollen.

• Das Ministerium für Planung und Investitionen (MPI) schlug einen Sandbox-Pilotversuch für Krypto-Handelsplattformen in geplanten Finanzzentren wie Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt und Da Nang vor, mit dem Ziel, bis 2025 zu starten  .
• Die Sandbox wird auch verwandte Aktivitäten wie NFTs, Utility-Token, Mining und die Einhaltung von AML- und Cybersicherheitsvorschriften überwachen .#vit
