🐋 5 Million #ETHFI in One Address: Hidden Sell Pressure or Just Internal Restructuring?

Ether.fi’s team reportedly transferred 3.5 million ETHFI (approximately $2.28 million) to address 0xB20, bringing its holdings close to 5 million tokens, worth roughly $3.3 million. That represents around 0.5% of circulating supply. The tokens reportedly remain in a vesting-style smart contract, with no confirmed immediate sell-off.

🔎 The risk is potential future supply, not necessarily immediate selling. The holdings equal roughly 8–9% of reported daily trading volume, making gradual sales potentially manageable, though sudden selling could increase volatility. With contributor vesting continuing into early 2027, traders should monitor subsequent transfers to exchanges. For now, this appears to be a low-to-moderate supply overhang, not a confirmed market dump.
