1 billion $XRP unlocked today — and $XRP barely blinked. That quiet reaction tells me plenty.

Finnhub, 08:36 UTC, puts it at $1.2553, up 0.88%, squeezed inside $1.2440–$1.2577. Two 500-million releases were tracked on the ledger, yet October's 1 billion sat untouched in two wallets on Oct 29, and Ripple usually locks 600–800 million straight back. An unlock is not a sale.

I'm neutral: ETF money flipped from $8.43 million in on Oct 29 to a $496,500 outflow the next day, so nobody's chasing this yet. Break $1.2577 and $1.2739 opens. Hold here and $1.2440 decides. A close below $1.2440 proves me wrong.
