OpenClaw (“龙虾”)：它是手脚（AI Agent 框架）。它本身不具备智能，是一个运行在你电脑后台的程序。
核心区别：
ChatGPT 只能告诉你怎么做，而龙虾能帮你做。
龙虾通过调用大脑的 API 来理解你的指令，然后去操控浏览器点击网页、读取本地文件、监控推特、在 Telegram/微信里自动收发消息。它是一个 24 小时在线的数字员工。
二、 部署设备：为什么选 Mac Mini M4？
部署龙虾需要一台能长期开机的电脑。
Mac Mini M4 是目前非常理想的设备，原因有三点：
低功耗 (Always-on)：龙虾需要 24 小时挂在后台（比如监控币圈动态或处理自动回复），Mac Mini 的待机功耗极低，几乎不费电，非常适合作为家庭服务器。
环境友好：它是 Unix 系统，对 Docker、Node.js 等开发环境的支持比 Windows 原生要好，报错少。
安静：放在角落里运行没有任何噪音。
三、 两种部署模式详解：本地 vs API（重点：成本与智商的权衡）
这是很多新手最容易踩坑的地方。龙虾的脑子主要有两种来源：
1. 本地模型模式 (Local LLM)
原理：利用 Mac Mini 自身的 NPU/GPU 算力，通过 Ollama 运行开源模型（如 Llama 3、DeepSeek-Distill 等）作为龙虾的大脑。

原理：Mac Mini 只负责运行龙虾的程序（手脚），思考时通过网络调用云端的最强模型（如 Google Gemini 3 Pro、GPT-4o、Claude 3.5）。
成本：需要付费（但有技巧）。
通常是按 Token（字数）计费，用得越多越贵。
省钱技巧：目前 Google 的 Gemini API 有免费层级（Free Tier），对于个人用户跑龙虾的用量来说，几乎等同于免费白嫖且速度极快。
实测体验：起飞。云端大模型的逻辑能力远超本地小模型。龙虾变得非常聪明，能准确执行复杂指令，写代码、分析长文档都非常稳。
四、 总结与建议
如果你手里也有一台 Mac Mini M4，不要试图用它去硬抗本地大模型训练或推理，跑不起来的。（我得这台也是之前买来用来挖矿的😄）

把 Mac Mini M4 当作发射台。利用它的低功耗特性，让它 24 小时运行 OpenClaw 的程序框架，然后在配置里对接 Google Gemini (高性价比) 或 GPT-4/Claude (高性能) 的 API。
这样你既拥有了数据的隐私掌控权（程序在本地），又拥有了最顶级的 AI 智商（大脑在云端），这才是目前 AI Agent 最实用的落地形态。
