I’d say that $SEI is one of those setups people ignore until it’s too obvious.
The asymmetry is starting to show 👇 $FXS
1/ Fundamentals – why Sei is not just another L1 to me $GUN
@SeiNetwork is built for one thing: speed in real financial environments.
– Sub-400ms finality, parallel execution, twin-turbo consensus, multi-proposer design
– This is why SEI can handle real orderbooks, perps, AI agents, and still keep fees near zero even when volume spikes
What matters more to me is usage:
– ~1.3M daily active users, top 7 chains
– 1M+ daily transactions, consistently
– Stablecoin activity at ATHs, with real P2P flow
– DEX volume hit $1.5B+ monthly, perps exploding QoQ
This is people actually using the chain.
On top of that, institutions are already here:
BlackRock, Apollo, Hamilton Lane, Brevan Howard, Nomura (Laser Digital), Ondo, Securitize → RWAs don’t deploy on chains that break under load.
Add the Xiaomi distribution angle and regulated products (ETF filing, EU ETP), and you'll find SEI like an onchain market infrastructure.
At ~$800-900M market cap, I personally struggle to call this expensive if adoption continues.
2/ Technicals – what price behavior is telling me
Price-wise, SEI is not exciting. And that’s exactly why I’m paying attention.
The downtrend is losing energy. Each sell wave is shorter than the previous one.
The lows are no longer aggressive. Volume is drying up on bearish candles.
The 0.12-0.14 zone matters more than people think.
Every breakdown attempt gets absorbed. Long lower wicks keep appearing.
Price doesn’t bounce hard, but it also refuses to die.
This is classic accumulation behavior, the goal here is simple: make retail give up.
Structurally, we don’t have a confirmed trend reversal yet, but we are seeing hesitation. New lows are weak. Momentum doesn’t expand.
For me, the base case looks like this:
– Hold 0.12-0.14 longer
– Compress more
– Then break 0.17-0.18 with volume
If that happens and D1 closes clean, the structure shifts from downtrend → neutral → bullish.
First logical SEI area: 0.21-0.23.
My bottom line:
I see SEI as a chain quietly turning into financial plumbing, while price sits in a zone where nobody cares anymore.
Those are usually the ones that surprise later. 🚀
