The liquidation map is literally packed with shorts in the 0.12–0.15 range.
And the market knows perfectly well where other people’s stop-losses are.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the price is deliberately pulled higher to collect all that liquidity.
That’s exactly how the sharpest impulses are often born.
The market doesn’t always rise because it has become stronger.
