🇻🇳 CBCN MUST DECLARE ASSETS OF VND 150 MILLION OR MORE FROM 1/7
From 1/7/2026, the asset ownership threshold (including digital assets/crypto) that must be declared must be increased by 3 times—from the former level of VND 50 million to VND 150 million or more.
This regulation applies to both the assets of a spouse and minor children. In addition, if assets fluctuate by VND 1 billion or more within a year, an additional declaration must be submitted before 31/12.
📌Applicable subjects:
This regulation only applies to individuals who have a declaration obligation under the Law on Anti-Corruption, including officials, civil servants, and persons holding positions from Deputy Head of a Department and above in state agencies, public non-business units, and state-owned enterprises.
NOT applicable to ordinary individual crypto investors.
