🔥 Coinbase Partners with Major Banks to Pilot Crypto and Stablecoin Services

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong revealed at the NYT DealBook Summit that the exchange is working with several large U.S. banks on pilot programs exploring stablecoins, crypto custody, and $BTC  trading.

Armstrong stressed that banks embracing crypto as an opportunity will pull ahead, while those resisting risk being left behind.

Recent collaborations include:

Citi: digital asset payments for institutional clients.

JPMorgan Chase: linking credit cards and accounts for crypto funding.

PNC Bank: enabling clients to buy, hold, and sell crypto directly.
