Whales can move millions into meme coins in a heartbeat, yet when it comes to USTC recovery, suddenly the same level of capital is “too risky” — that contrast is hard to ignore.

At these price levels, large players could easily absorb a massive chunk of supply without much effort. So the hesitation doesn’t really look like inability… it looks more like uncertainty around control and direction.

But pointing fingers won’t fix anything. Recovery only happens through real work — building utility, improving on-chain use cases, strengthening payment integrations, increasing burn activity, and creating actual demand inside the ecosystem.

If the chain economy becomes strong enough, confidence doesn’t need to be forced — it rebuilds on its own over time.
