OKX Ventures partners with Securitize, STBL and Hamilton Lane

#OKXVentures has partnered with #Securitize , #STBL , and #HamiltonLane to support the launch of an RWA-backed stablecoin on #XLayer . The new stablecoin combines institutional private credit, regulated tokenization, and programmable settlement to power the next generation of onchain financial infrastructure.

The ecosystem-specific stablecoin will be issued on OKX’s X Layer and backed by tokenized exposure to Hamilton Lane’s Senior Credit Opportunities Fund via Securitize. The stablecoin will adopt a dual-token structure that separates yield generation from the stable asset, as U.S. regulators increase scrutiny of yield-bearing stablecoins.
