👉 During this war, the overall market capitalization, excluding $BTC and $ETH , dropped by approximately 1 billion USD. Interestingly, BTC remained relatively unaffected. This is because both Israel and Palestine are not large countries and don't significantly impact other major countries' international trade. They aren't key players in essential resources like oil and everywhere . So, international trade continued as usual, and other countries didn't need to panic sell their assets.
👉 Comparatively, consider the conflict last year between Russia and Ukraine. Russia is a major player in international oil trade, and this war had a significant impact on international business dealings. Many countries import oil from Russia, and this conflict disrupted those supplies, affecting the markets and more. This is a case where panic selling occurred due to the large-scale conflict.
👉 Therefore, I recommend using caution when trading with substantial assets in the coming days. While it's hoped that the market won't be significantly affected by this conflict between smaller countries, always trade with risk management in mind.
