CASE ESCALATION

Hi everyone,

If you have an open case you can reach out to any of the Binance Angels to escalate the case.

However in case you are not satisfied with the decision from CS, you can open another case ID and have then both escalated.

Provide the following details:

Case ID/ Order number

BUID

Brief description of the matter.

Always keep checking your chat history to be able to get updates on your case.
