WHY I STOPPED WATCHING PUMPS 🚫📈

Pumps are addictive.

Green candle goes up. Your heart races.
You imagine the profits. The Lambo. The freedom.

I used to chase every pump like a hungry dog.

I had alerts set. Notifications on.
Every time a coin moved 5%, I was there.

Buying. Hoping. Praying.

And you know what happened 90% of the time?

I bought the top.

Because by the time I saw the pump, it was already too late.

The smart money had already entered.
The early buyers were already selling to me.

I was exit liquidity. Every single time.

Then one day, I stopped.

Turned off all pump alerts.
Muted the "signal" groups.
Stopped watching 1-minute charts.

Now I have a new rule:

If a coin is pumping hard – I ignore it.
If everyone is screaming "buy" – I do nothing.
If I feel the urge to chase – I close the app.

Result?

I stopped buying tops.
I stopped losing money to FOMO.
I started buying quietly, when nobody cares.

And that's when I actually started winning.

Pumps are for sellers, not buyers.
