• If you’ve got weaker nerves or tend to panic — honestly, check Binance or similar apps less often. Constant refreshing usually just adds stress.
• If bigger investments feel scary — buy in smaller amounts. Mentally it’s much easier, and you’re still in the market.
• Patience really matters in crypto. Sometimes you just have to wait out the rough periods — like a bear in hibernation 🙂
