«всех сливают»
«биржа потом добивает в ноль»
Если коротко — это не мнение.
Это состояние.
И если честно — в этом состоянии сейчас половина рынка.
Вот как это выглядит по факту:
— входишь раньше сигнала
— берёшь риск “на ощущениях”
— двигаешь стоп
— после минуса хочешь сразу вернуть
— увеличиваешь объём
— злишься
— начинаешь обвинять рынок
И в какой-то момент ловишь себя на мысли:
“рынок как будто специально против меня”
Я сделал простой чек-лист (см. картинку).
Если у тебя совпадает хотя бы 3–4 пункта —
ты уже не торгуешь.
Ты просто сливаешь напряжение через сделки.
И дальше стандартный цикл:
минус → злость → импульс → новый минус
И потом уже появляются мысли:
— «все вокруг развод»
— «заработать невозможно»
— «биржа охотится»
Но правда в другом.
Ты теряешь не из-за рынка.
Ты теряешь, потому что в моменте у тебя нет:
— структуры
— контроля
— чёткого решения
Я разобрал этот кейс полностью.
Без воды.
Без мотивации.
По шагам:
— где у человека ломается мышление
— в какой точке он теряет контроль
— почему начинается хаос
— и что с этим делать, чтобы перестать повторять одно и то же
