There are two types of liquidity. one is called internal liquidity and the other is external.
Internal liquidity lies on institutional positions such as order block and fvgs.
and the external liquidity lies on swing highs market structure levels such as HL hh and LL and Lower high, on daily high and lows and sessions highs and lows.
one thing keep in mind that market usually runs from internal liquidity to external and external liquidity to internal.
