At first, Babylon sounded simple to me: stake BTC, keep custody, earn security yield.
But after spending time with the docs, I don’t think that description does the project justice. Babylon is really trying to make Bitcoin’s security usable by other chains, without asking BTC holders to bridge their coins somewhere else.
The important part is the flow. You lock BTC on Bitcoin using scripts and time-based conditions. You delegate to a finality provider. That provider helps secure consumer chain...
