My account withdrawal function has been disabled due to a generic compliance review (Case ID: #173381016). My KYC is fully verified. I have NEVER done any P2P trading. I only use the account for normal deposit, withdrawal, coin swaps, and occasionally futures trading. Currently, I am just a long-term HODLer holding ETH, BNB, and XRP.

CS refused to share any details, solutions, or a clear timeframe. Please escalate my case to the senior compliance or legal team to clear this block immediately!
