$XRP just broke out of a 4-day coma. Is it a real move or a fake-out?
From Oct 30 to Nov 2 it closed every single day between 1.250 and 1.257. Today it's at 1.2803, +3.05% on the day, the best 24h number among the big caps on my screen.
Context matters though:
• Oct 29 was the damage day: daily close 1.3260 → 1.2377 on ~$207M volume, roughly double a normal session. The 7-day low of 1.2002 printed right after.
• Today's 24h range is 1.2400 – 1.2914. That 1.29 wick is the first test of where the dump accelerated.
• 24h volume is ~$99M, basically in line with the prior 6-day average (~$102M). Price is up, but there's no volume surge behind it yet.
• Still -3.3% over 7 days. The 7d high (1.3444) and the pre-dump 1.32–1.33 shelf are well above.
How I read it: a daily close above 1.29 would turn the 4-day box into a base. Slipping back under 1.25 would mean this was just a bounce inside the range.
Are you treating this as a breakout or waiting for 1.29 to flip first?
Not financial advice.
