AGPUB: BUYERS ARE FIGHTING BACK AFTER A 45% CRASH. IS $11 THE NEXT TARGET?
$AGPUB is the Binance bStock linked to Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU), a company building and operating dedicated GPU infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. Demand for this type of computing capacity is growing alongside the expansion of artificial intelligence, and Axe Compute has already secured a substantial portfolio of customer contracts.
On September 29, Axe Compute announced more than $184 million in customer prepayments and over $266 million in new contracts. The total value of contracts signed over the preceding seven months had exceeded $3.45 billion. This is a meaningful fundamental argument for the business as it moves from securing orders toward deploying infrastructure and delivering contracted services.
Now, let's look at the chart.
After an extended decline, AGPUB hit a low of $7.38 — but the sell-off did not continue. Instead, the price recovered from $7.80 to $8.80 on October 29–30. It is now consolidating around the $8.20–$8.70 area.
I see this consolidation as a potential base for a corrective move higher. After such a steep decline, even a partial recovery could offer a substantial opportunity. The next major obstacle is around $11, which is my target for this trade.
My trade setup:
Entry: $8.50
Take Profit: $11.00
Stop Loss: $7.70
R:R: 3.125:1
My estimated success probability: at least 50%.
The potential upside is approximately 29.4%, against a 9.4% risk. The break-even win rate is only 24.2%, excluding fees. One winning trade can therefore cover more than three losing trades of the same size.
What makes this setup interesting is the combination of a major preceding sell-off, early signs of stabilization, and a company with a growing portfolio of AI infrastructure contracts.
Can buyers push the correction all the way to $11? This is a move worth watching.
