Real talk for the crypto faithful:

I'm long $BTC and utility tokens. If security holds, supply/demand wins eventually. That's the conviction play.

But short to mid-term? Most of you are blind to one side of the equation.

You worship supply. Bitcoiners obsess over 21M cap, halving cycles, issuance curves. Altcoiners have their own supply narratives. Beautiful market competition.

But scarcity ≠ automatic demand. Wake up.

Stablecoin supply already surged to ATH last year. Regulation is clearing the path. When rules drop, banks won't hesitate—they'll flood the market with digital dollars, embedding them into every marketplace that matters.

Emerging markets are already flipping local currencies into $USDT and $USDC the second rails exist. Once banks enter under clear regs, this becomes standard infrastructure. Dollar demand explodes while weaker currencies bleed relevance.

This won't be gradual. It's a demand shock. Remittances, cross-border trade, savings—all running on dollar rails at scale we've never seen.

The dollar isn't some tired paper relic. It's backed by hundreds of trillions in economic claims and US military force. That's real power. It doesn't vanish because we like Bitcoin's math.

This is a short-term alarm, not a thesis flip. Stay long. But stop measuring only the supply you love while ignoring the demand tsunami about to hit.

Never underestimate central banks. Never underestimate the dollar when banks decide to weaponize it.
