Binance announced plans to gradually resume the first phase of withdrawals between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC on November 1, covering 15 networks including BTC, ETH, BSC, and SOL. Other networks will reopen after security checks are completed, while deposits remain operational. Binance also said it has replenished approximately 95% of affected assets, up from 90% previously. BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are now all backed by 100% reserves. The remaining 5% consists of less liquid tokens that Binance is still acquiring. The exchange reiterated its commitment to covering all losses from the hack.
