🔻 $6 Billion Stolen in One Night, $BTC Down Just 5% Is This the Bottom ? The first low after a hack is rarely the last. The three-month return tells another story. Attackers drained about $6.3 billion from Binance on Thursday across ten blockchains, including 18,270 $BTC, four times the Bybit record. TRM Labs and Chainalysis point to North Korea’s TraderTraitor group; Binance has not confirmed it. Bitcoin slid from $81,890 to a low near $76,200 and about $1.5 billion in leveraged bets were liquidated, yet the overall market fell about 5%, versus 25% after FTX. Past hacks did not end bull runs. Three months after Bitfinex (2016), Binance (2019), FTX (2022) and Bybit (2025), Bitcoin was up 15%, 108%, 11% and 14%. Bitfinex preceded the run to $20,000, and Bybit a record high within three months. Mt. Gox (2014), in a weak market, was the exception at -43%. The catch is the first low. In four of the last six major exchange hacks, Bitcoin set a deeper low 11 to 24 days later, 14.6% to 46.3% below the pre-hack close. After Bybit, it bottomed 18 days and 22.1% later at $76,606. Whales are only partly buying. 1,000 to 10,000 BTC wallets added about 9,145 BTC in 30 days, but exchange transfers can mimic whale buying, and Binance’s 22,159 BTC net outflow that day was theft. U.S. demand is missing: $BTC traded up to $218 cheaper on Coinbase than on Binance overnight, and spot ETFs’ average cost near $81,500 sits above the price. Watch withdrawals resuming, expected by Sunday, a daily close above $78,670 and Tuesday’s U.S. midterms. The stolen BTC sits in 19 wallets no issuer can freeze, while about $3 billion of other assets already has been. #BTC Price Analysis# #Bitcoin Price Prediction: What is Bitcoins next move?#
