FOMC day = trap city

First candle? Fake. Every time.

Why I'm not touching this:

→ No bull run. No bear market. Just noise.
→ Volatility spikes 3-5x normal. Liquidation fuel.
→ Price usually snaps back to pre-FOMC levels anyway.
→ Only the expectation vs reality gap matters.
→ The Fed controls the macro. Don't be a hero.

If you're risk-averse, sit out. Cash is a position.

Best trade today might be no trade at all.

What's your FOMC rule? Ape in or chill?
