How do I actually claim and use the 20 USDT Futures Position Voucher in Rewards Hub?

Hey fam, I found this in my Rewards Hub:

> "Claim your 20 USDT Futures Position Voucher" - 4D left

I clicked Claim but I only see 1 USDT in my Overview. The voucher is not showing in my Spot or Funding wallet.

Can someone explain:
1. Where does the voucher go after claiming?
2. Do I need to pass Futures quiz first?
3. Can I withdraw the 20 USDT or is it only for opening a futures position?
4. Does the profit become mine?
