$LINK is ~$11.37 at 15:25 ICT Oct 26 on Binance spot (OKX $11.374), about 28% below the $15.78 high from Sep 29. Price is back on the Oct 24 low ($11.20). The adoption news keeps coming, but the chart is still in a downtrend. My plan: a small bid on the floor with a tight out, no chase.

🔥 What's moving it

• Oct 22: Chainlink signed a strategic partnership with LG CNS, the LG Group IT arm leading the Bank of Korea's Project Hangang digital currency platform. Focus: Korean stablecoins and regulated digital assets.

• Oct 20: OpenZeppelin made CCIP and ACE (Chainlink's compliance engine) native in its developer tooling.

• Oct 19: Archax adopted Chainlink Data Streams so its tokenized US Treasury product can be used as on-chain collateral.

• Chainlink Reserve: bought 88,400 LINK (~$1.06M) on Oct 22 and now holds ~6.38M LINK. Pace is steady at ~$1.0–1.1M a week, small next to ~$13M daily spot volume on Binance.

• ETFs: US spot LINK ETFs were flat Oct 19–23 after a -$397K day on Oct 16. No real fresh demand there.

• Macro: BTC is ~$80.1K, holding the $80K line.

📊 Daily (1D)

Lower highs since the top: $15.78 (Sep 29) → $14.65 (Oct 2) → $13.51 (Oct 12) → $12.81 (Oct 21).

Price is below the 1D EMA20 and EMA50 (both ~$12.28) and just under the EMA100 (~$11.53). The EMA200 sits at ~$11.05, right under the bid zone.

Wilder RSI(14) ~36: weak, not oversold. The last closed day traded only ~0.6x its 20-day average volume.

⏱️ 4H

The Oct 24 19:00 ICT candle flushed to $11.20 on ~3.7x average 4H volume and closed back above. Since then price is pressing the same floor: $11.26 on Oct 25 and $11.267 this morning.

4H EMA20 (~$11.60) is under the EMA50 (~$11.91), both still pointing down. Wilder RSI(14) ~35.

This is a floor retest in a downtrend, so the trade only works with a tight invalidation.

🎯 Bull / bear levels

• Bid: $11.15–11.30 (Oct 24–26 lows)

• TP1: $11.85–11.95 (4H EMA50 + Oct 23–24 highs, ~2.1–2.4R from $11.22)

• TP2: $12.25–12.35 (1D EMA20/50 + Oct 22 breakdown zone, ~3.4–3.8R)

• Out: 4H close below $10.95 (stop $10.92, risk ~2.7%)

• Bull trigger: 4H close above $11.95 flips the 4H trend and opens $12.25–12.35, then the $12.81 Oct 21 high

• Bear case: lose $10.95 (and the 1D EMA200) and the next shelf is $10.62–10.90, the Sep 2–16 lows

💭 My take

Chainlink keeps signing banks and big infra names, and the Reserve buys every week. That is real, but it is slow money: ~$1M a week does not move a coin with $13M daily volume on one exchange. Price follows BTC and alt flows first. So I treat this as a support trade, not an "adoption" trade: small bid at $11.15–11.30, take profit at the 4H EMA50, and step aside if a 4H candle closes under $10.95.

Would you bid $LINK at $11.20, or wait for a reclaim of $12? 👇
