$STRK is ~$0.0533 at 11:22 ICT Oct 23 on OKX spot (-4.3% in 24h, ~$8.4M volume). The Starknet post-quantum L1 poll closed yesterday, and STRK sold off into the result. Follow-up to my Oct 16 post, with the final numbers.

🔥 What's moving it

• The Snapshot poll closed Oct 22 (09:32 UTC): 93.52% Yes, 4.57% No, 1.91% Neutral, 3,236 votes, ~489M STRK of voting power.

• Correction to my Oct 16 post: the ~99.9% Yes was a mid-vote reading. Most of the No weight came in on Oct 21, so the final is 93.52%.

• It's non-binding. Yes means "research it", not "become an L1". StarkWare and the Starknet Foundation now run a joint working group. A draft whitepaper is expected in November, and any actual switch needs a separate vote. STRK stays the token, and Starknet is still an Ethereum L2 today.

• Oct 20: the Starknet Foundation launched Bramble, a self-custody wallet with STRK20 private balances.

Real news, but the vote was priced in. STRK ran from $0.048 (Oct 8) to $0.127 (Oct 11) on the L1 idea and has been bleeding since.

📊 Daily (1D)

The Oct 8–11 run was +164%. Since then it has printed lower highs (Oct 15 $0.0988, Oct 21 $0.0659) and is -58% from the top.

Oct 22: $0.0574 → $0.0533 (-7.1%) on about half the 20-day average volume. That average is inflated by the hype days, so the selling is light, not heavy.

Price sits right on the daily EMA50 (~$0.0533). The EMA20 (~$0.0627) is far above. Wilder RSI(14) ~46: neutral, not oversold.

⏱️ 4H

The 4H range since Oct 19 is $0.0524–0.0659. The Oct 21 spike to $0.0659 was fully sold, and Oct 22–23 printed lows at $0.0530, $0.0526 and $0.0524.

Both 4H EMAs are overhead: EMA20 ~$0.0567, EMA50 ~$0.0626. Wilder RSI(14) ~36.

First sign of strength: a 4H close back above $0.0567, which reclaims the 4H EMA20 and the Oct 20/22 pivots.

🎯 Bull / bear levels

• Bid: $0.0524–0.0532 (Oct 22–23 lows + daily EMA50), small size

• TP1: $0.0555–0.0567 (~2.7–3.9R from $0.0528)

• TP2: $0.0649–0.0659 (Oct 21 spike highs). A stretch, only after a 4H reclaim of $0.0567

• Out: 4H close below $0.0520 (stop $0.0518, risk ~1.9%)

• Bull trigger: 4H close above $0.0567, then a retest that holds

• Bear case: lose $0.0520 and the Oct 7–8 base ($0.0481–0.0483) is next.

💭 My take

The vote was a sell-the-news event and I think that's mostly done. But this is a support test inside a 4H downtrend, not a reversal. It is the third tag of the $0.0524–0.0530 area in two days, and every tag weakens it. One more thing: per Coindaro's count of the Snapshot data, ~94% of the voting power came from Foundation-delegated addresses. So 93.5% is less of a broad holder signal than it sounds. Small size with a tight out. If $0.0520 goes, I'm wrong and I wait for $0.048.

Would you bid $STRK at $0.0524, or wait for a 4H close above $0.0567? 👇
