This verification step is intended for users who maintained an AGIX balance on the Polygon, Arbitrum, Ethereum, or Cardano networks as of the precise snapshot cutoff on 20 September 2026 at 03:13:23 UTC. This cutoff time was established just before the unauthorized AGIX tokens were generated. When you access the portal, you will see the specific snapshot block number displayed for every participating blockchain. Please note that only the AGIX balances captured exactly at this snapshot deadline will qualify for the claim.

The primary review window opens today and will remain active until November 3rd. If you discover that your address is missing or if the balance shown seems inaccurate, we ask that you email support@singularitynet.io. If you need to report a discrepancy after this initial review window has passed, you will still be able to do so.
Once the verification period concludes, we will issue another update to announce the opening of the claim portal, complete with step by step instructions on how to access your funds.
