CAPITAL MANAGEMENT: THE ONLY MASTER TRADING RULE

90% of traders don't fail because of bad strategy. They fail because of bad capital management.

You can have the best setup in the world, but without rules, one bad trade will wipe your account.

Here are the Master Rules I follow:

1. THE 2% RULE - NEVER RISK MORE THAN 2%

If you have $1,000, your max loss per trade is $20. This means you can be wrong 50 times in a row and still have capital. The market rewards survivors, not heroes.

2. THE 1:2 MINIMUM - RISK VS REWARD

Never take a trade where you risk $1 to make $1. Your minimum should be $1 risk to $2 profit. This way, even if you win only 40% of trades, you are still profitable.

3. STOP LOSS IS NOT OPTIONAL

A stop loss is not a suggestion. It's your insurance. Professional traders cut losses fast. Amateurs hope and pray. Place your SL _before_ you enter.

4. NEVER ADD TO A LOSING TRADE

Averaging down a loser is how you blow accounts. If your analysis was wrong, accept it. Only add to winners.

5. THE 3-LOSS RULE

Lost 3 trades in a row today? Close the laptop. Your mindset is broken. The market will be there tomorrow. Revenge trading is account suicide.

6. SEPARATE CAPITAL INTO 3 BOXES

- 60% for Spot Long-Term (BTC, ETH, FIL, LUNC - HODL)

- 30% for Swing Trading

- 10% for High-Risk / Futures

Never mix them. Your long-term bag is not for fixing your futures loss.

7. DCA IS KING

Don't go all-in at once. Break your entry into 3-4 parts. Market dips? That's a discount, not a disaster.

MASTER RULE: PROTECT CAPITAL FIRST, PROFIT SECOND.

If you don't protect your capital, you have no chance to make profit.

Trading is not about getting rich in one day. It's about staying rich every day.

If you are still in green when the market bleeds - you are already winning.
