Armed civilian Kaylub Giamanco chased down and stopped a gunman who entered an elementary school in Bend, Oregon. Giamanco was driving by on his lunch break when he spotted the shooter entering the building. He pursued and neutralized the threat before police arrived on scene. His brother confirmed the identity to NBC.
