$RE still has a valid bearish path as momentum is starting to stall inside a descending channel structure. The formation of lower highs recently hasn't broken the floor of this containment yet. If it breaks cleanly below that range floor, the narrative gets much stronger for selling.

The levels matter more than the prediction. Size it accordingly.
