🛠 Uniswap Just Handed Its Chain to Optimism. So Who Gets Paid? Around 5 PM UTC yesterday, $OP was sitting at $0.144. Just after midnight it hit $0.162, its highest since mid-May, and it’s been leaking lower ever since. Right now it’s near $0.152. The news behind it is pretty unglamorous. Unichain is handing its production ops to OP Enterprise, so sequencers, RPC, monitoring and incident response are now Optimism’s job. Testnet moved on October 13, mainnet follows on October 29. Basically, #Uniswap outsourced its chain the way banks rent core banking systems instead of building their own. For most L2s that math makes sense, and I’d bet a few more quietly do the same. Key Price Levels to Watch 👇 📈 Resistance: $0.160. Price stayed above it for less than an hour. 📌 Support: $0.150. It hasn’t been below that since 7 PM UTC yesterday. 📉 Lose it, and $0.145 is next. That’s where the whole climb started. What I still can’t figure out is how much of that business ever reaches $OP holders. The token is still about 97% below its all-time high, and one big client won’t close that gap. Does winning clients like Uniswap make $OP worth holding, or is this just a good week? Not financial advice. DYOR. #Macro Insights# #Altcoin Season# #OP
