🚨 LEDGER FLEX HARDWARE COMPROMISED — POTENTIAL INSIDE JOB

A Ledger Flex unit was cracked open and found with an UNIDENTIFIED CHIP soldered inside. Not a manufacturing defect. Not a supply chain attack. This looks like internal tampering.

The chip's function? Unknown. Could be a comms module, could be a data exfil tool. Nobody knows yet — but the device was sealed and sold as legit.

This isn't FUD. This is a physical device with extra hardware that shouldn't be there.

IF YOU OWN A LEDGER:
• Do NOT connect it to anything holding serious funds
• Move assets to a fresh wallet (different brand) if you're holding 5+ figures
• Wait for Ledger's official response — but don't trust it blindly

Hardware wallets are supposed to be the safest option. If the threat is coming from INSIDE the company, the entire trust model breaks.

Stay paranoid. Verify everything. Your keys, your responsibility.
