Bitcoin could rise to $100,000 as ETF inflows, technical patterns and potential Federal Reserve actions provide support. Bitcoin traded at $84,550 after stalling in recent days, below September's high of $87,300. Spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted more than $2.6 billion in net inflows in September, following $3.5 billion in August. Citigroup raised its Bitcoin forecast to $113,000 this week. A breakout above Bitcoin's bullish flag pattern would indicate further gains toward $90,000, followed by $100,000.
