Putin Says Direct Attack on Kaliningrad Would Put All Russian Weapons on the Table
According to Sina Finance, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a Valdai International Discussion Club meeting that a direct attack on Kaliningrad would put the use of all weapons on the agenda. He said Russia would face an opponent with twice its manpower and greater economic and military potential, and that it would have to rely on its own competitive advantages. Putin also said no country currently has strike weapons as powerful as Russia's, and added that Russia is "not threatening anyone" and is simply saying it does not have many defensive means.
