$CT : Binance Futures Introduces Concrete With Up to 20x Leverage

Binance Futures announced the launch of the CTUSDT perpetual contract on October 1 at 07:45 UTC, supporting leverage of up to 20x.

The underlying asset is Concrete (CT), a project developing financial infrastructure for on-chain institutions.

Concrete describes its platform as an operating system for on-chain finance.

Its infrastructure brings together asset issuance, vault management, accounting, working capital operations and qualified custodian integrations.

The goal is to allow financial organizations to launch and manage blockchain-based products through connected infrastructure.

The Binance announcement introduces another development: derivatives market access.

A perpetual futures contract allows traders to establish leveraged long or short positions without directly holding the underlying asset.

However, a Futures listing does not guarantee a Binance Spot listing.

The CTUSDT contract also uses funding payments settled every four hours, which can affect the cost of maintaining leveraged positions.

For $CT , useful metrics include derivatives trading volume, open interest, funding rates, available spot liquidity and actual adoption of Concrete’s financial infrastructure.

Confirmed: Binance Futures contract announcement.

Not confirmed: a future Binance Spot listing.

Greater derivatives accessibility should not automatically be confused with greater fundamental demand for the underlying token.
