A U.S. federal judge dismissed the class action against Hayden Davis, Kelsier Ventures, former Meteora CEO Ben Chow and others over the launches of LIBRA and M3M3, and denied the plaintiffs another attempt to amend their complaint. The court found the plaintiffs had not adequately established Meteora as a suable unincorporated association, while the RICO and fraud claims failed to meet key legal requirements.
