🔥 ETHEREUM BUYERS ARE BACK ABOVE THE 1H STRUCTURE
Ethereum is trading around $2,712, up 0.83%, after holding the recent consolidation and pushing back above the key 1H moving averages.
The technical picture has improved: MA(7) $2,712.61, MA(25) $2,697.29, and MA(99) $2,688.18. Price is now above all three, while the immediate resistance sits at the $2,724 area.
🏦 INSTITUTIONAL PICTURE
The ETF backdrop has remained positive over the previous sessions. U.S. spot ETH ETFs recorded approximately $162.2M inflows on Sep 22, $104.5M on Sep 23 and $66.1M on Sep 24. The latest reported session, Sep 25, was flat.
Meanwhile, BitMine continues to hold 5.98M ETH, around 4.9% of total ETH supply, with more than 5M ETH staked. The company reported buying another 27,562 ETH during the week ending Sep 20.
So the setup is interesting: price is recovering while institutional positioning remains active, even as ETF flows have started to cool from their recent highs.
Technically, a clean break and hold above $2,724 could open the way toward $2,750 and then the previous $2,789 high.
If ETH loses $2,688–$2,697, the reclaim would weaken and price could fall back into the previous consolidation range.
The question now is simple: can ETH turn $2,700 into support?
