Every transaction gets an identifier computed from its own contents. Paste it into a block explorer and you see exactly what happened: amount, addresses, fee, confirmations, time.
This is the most under-used tool in crypto. It replaces every conversation that starts with "I already sent it" - not because people lie, but because it removes the need to take anyone's word at all. Anybody can check it, from any device, with no account and no permission. Ask for the transaction id rather than a screenshot, and the question of whether something was sent stops being a question.
