Breakouts can create strong moves — but not every breakout is real.

A simple approach:

🔹 Find a clear Resistance Level
🔹 Wait for price to break it
🔹 Look for a candle close above the level
🔹 Check whether momentum/volume supports the move
🔹 Avoid chasing a huge candle
🔹 Plan your Stop Loss before entering

Sometimes the market does:

Resistance
⬆️ Breakout
⬇️ Pullback
⬆️ Continuation

This is why some traders wait for a retest instead of buying immediately.

⚠️ False breakouts happen. Never treat a breakout as guaranteed profit.
