Zcash holders backed reducing the target block time to 25 seconds with 99.9% of the weighted vote. Another 98.9% supported preserving the existing halving schedule. The changes are proposed for the NU7 upgrade, which has no activation date yet. About 97% of holders voted to delay NSM reissuance until February 2031.
