They'll throw up a governance vote that's pure nonsense—clearly designed to benefit insiders or push through something sketchy—and expect the community to clap like seals.

This is why most DAO governance is theater. Real decisions get made in private Discord channels while retail gets to vote on emoji choices.

If you're in a project where proposals consistently feel like insults to your intelligence, that's not a bug—it's the feature. Exit accordingly.
