NVIDIA is projecting a massive expansion in Physical AI. If that thesis plays out, millions of machines will eventually operate in the real world.

And every one of them has the same fundamental problem:

Where am I? What is around me? What is happening here? How do I coordinate with everything else?

You don't necessarily need to build the winning robot.

You need to build something the winners need.
