Why is everyone treating a BTC pullback like a collapse when it usually works more like a leverage flush?

That is where traders lose money. They see red, panic sell, then buy back higher because they never had a plan for what a normal reset looks like in a greedy market.

This is the part people skip: when sentiment is sitting in Greed and the crowd is crowded into the same trade, small drops do real work. They shake out late longs, punish FOMO entries, and create the kind of levels that patient buyers actually want to see. On those moves, $BTC is not always signaling weakness. Sometimes it is just clearing the board.

The better read is usually in what survives the dip. If $USDT demand stays elevated and names like $ONDO still hold relative strength while the market wobbles, that tells you capital is rotating, not vanishing. The mistake is thinking every red candle is an exit signal. Often it is just the market reminding everyone that leverage is not conviction.

That is why I think #BTCDrops3 is less about a broken trend and more about trader positioning getting reset. Anyone else seeing it that way?
