$PROM had a huge run up to $7.890 before, but that move is over now. Price has turned down and is now sitting well below that high, dropping through the day. The short-term trend has flipped down, even though the bigger up-move from before is still holding underneath.
It could keep falling if selling stays strong, especially since it's already broken below its short-term average. Or it could find some support and try to steady out here. Watch $5.748 — if it breaks below that, the bigger uptrend would be in real trouble.
