Shein Global Holdings Ltd. was once valued at more than the parent companies of H&M and Zara, giving reclusive founder Sky Xu a net worth of more than $23 billion, according to Bloomberg.

Xu’s wealth has since slumped $15 billion after Shein’s whittled-down IPO.
