Taiwan's server assemblers are positioning themselves as the next beneficiaries of the $NVDA shipment cycle.

Morgan Stanley highlights three names with significant NVIDIA exposure: Gigabyte (67% of sales), Foxconn (56%), and Wistron (49%). Their average 2027 estimated PEG ratios sit below 0.7 — suggesting the market hasn't fully priced in the growth trajectory.

Foxconn Industrial Internet recently assembled NVIDIA's first production Vera Rubin NVL72 rack. Third-quarter shipments are expected to jump by a high double-digit percentage sequentially, with full-year growth still tracking in multiple terms. Foxconn's 2027 PEG is around 0.9.

The thesis is clean: NVIDIA's guidance assumes heavy second-half server shipments. The companies assembling those racks will see the volume flow before the broader market catches on.

This is classic supply-chain positioning — catching the wave one step upstream before it becomes consensus.
