The part of $DOGE chart that caught my attention is not the drop itself, but how quickly buyers lost the $0.0900 area after the Aug. 27 push; DOGE is now around $0.0843, down roughly 3.7% over 24H, with the current session sitting close to the lower end of the $0.0838–$0.0883 range.

That gives me a short-term bearish-to-neutral structure: the rebound toward $0.0900 failed, the market printed a lower high, and price is again testing the $0.0840 region, while the broader August move still shows DOGE holding well above the ~$0.070 area where the previous expansion started. Recent daily data also shows volume remaining active, although the heavy-volume days around the Aug. 21–25 expansion have cooled considerably.

I don't want to chase a short directly into $0.0838 support. I also don't like buying here without confirmation. What I like: the support zone is clearly defined, liquidity is substantial, and a reclaim of $0.0883 would repair part of the damaged structure. What I don't like: price is below the recent $0.0900 rejection zone, momentum has weakened, and the latest technical readings are mixed across venues; KuCoin's latest snapshot, for example, showed RSI around 39.8 with MACD and several moving averages still giving sell signals.

Key levels: Support $0.0838, then $0.0803; resistance $0.0883, $0.0903 and $0.0931. My preferred setup is CONDITIONAL LONG, not an immediate entry: I want DOGE to reclaim $0.0884–$0.0886 with a convincing candle and improving volume, then hold that zone on retest. Entry: $0.0884–$0.0886 | SL: $0.0862 | TP1: $0.0931 | TP2: $0.0945 | TP3: $0.1009. Using $0.0885 as the reference entry, risk to $0.0862 is about 2.6%, while TP1 offers roughly 5.2%, giving around 2.3:1 R:R; TP2 is about 2.6:1, and TP3 approaches 5.4:1. Invalidation is a clean loss of $0.0838 before the reclaim, or a failed breakout that closes back below $0.0862 after entry. If volume does not return on the reclaim, I would simply stay out—missing the move costs less than paying for a weak setup. Does DOGE finally reclaim $0.0883 with real participation, or does the $0.0838 support give way first?
