According to Jin10, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) said that for the week ended August 25, CBOT U.S. 2-year Treasury futures speculators reduced net short positions by 66,041 contracts to 861,296, while CBOT U.S. 10-year Treasury futures speculators reduced net short positions by 107,986 contracts to 838,975.
